The Technical Director is responsible for managing department resources during all phases of a project, from proposal to execution. They coordinate and direct the allocation of resources to ensure the project’s success.
Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our team, handle communication with clients and vendors, and assist with various office tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
– Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence with clients and vendors
– Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for team members
– Create and maintain accurate records and files
– Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation
– Perform general office duties such as filing, copying, and data entry
– Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and communication

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
– Proven experience in an administrative role
– Strong organizational and time management skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
– Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
