Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Toronto. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, processing orders, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
