The company is looking to hire a Systems Engineering and Safety Assurance Manager to promote and implement Systems Engineering Principles and manage System Assurance activities within the organization.
Position: Administrative Assistant

Location: Toronto, Ontario

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing essential administrative support to our team, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and responding to inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:
– Manage calendars and schedules for team members
– Coordinate meetings and conferences, including booking rooms and arranging catering
– Respond to emails and phone calls in a professional and timely manner
