Job Description:
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team in Toronto. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction. This role will involve working closely with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet those needs. The Customer Success Manager will also be responsible for upselling and growing accounts, as well as resolving any customer issues or concerns.
Key responsibilities:
– Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
– Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure customer needs are met
– Upsell and grow customer accounts
– Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns
– Resolve any customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
– Provide regular updates to customers on product updates and new features

Qualifications:

– Experience working with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot)
