Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Assistant Store Manager to join our team at a retail location. The ideal candidate will have previous retail experience, strong leadership skills, and a passion for providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
– Assist the Store Manager in daily operations, including opening and closing procedures
– Supervise and train store employees
– Monitor and maintain inventory levels
– Ensure store is clean and organized at all times
– Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or concerns
– Drive sales and meet store targets
– Assist with merchandising and visual displays

Qualifications:
– Previous retail experience required

– Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
