Job Description

As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. This includes coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. You will also be responsible for scheduling and coordinating labor, equipment, and materials, as well as ensuring that all work is done in compliance with safety regulations and building codes. Additionally, you will be expected to monitor and report on project progress, identifying any issues and working to resolve them in a timely and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Expected salary: $60000 – 70000 per year
