Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities:
– Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
– Greet visitors and assist them with any questions or requests
– Manage and update office filing systems
– Assist with scheduling and coordinating appointments and meetings

Qualifications:
