Job Description

Position: Executive Assistant

Location: Toronto, ON

Salary: $45,000 – $50,000 per year

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized Executive Assistant to support our senior management team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and possess a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:

– Provide administrative support to senior executives, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence
– Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
– Plan and organize travel arrangements and events
– Conduct research and compile information as requested
– Assist with special projects as assigned
– Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
– 3+ years of experience in an administrative role supporting senior management
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
– Strong organizational and time management skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
