Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and diligent individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You will handle inbound calls, respond to customer inquiries, and handle any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner. Additionally, you will be responsible for processing orders, updating customer account information, and maintaining customer records. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong ability to multitask. Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
