Position: Project Manager

Location: Midtown Toronto, ON

Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 a year

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Company Overview:

Our client is a well-established construction company with a solid reputation for delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. They are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team in Toronto.

Responsibilities:

– Manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
– Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
– Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
– Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
– Communicate with clients and stakeholders to provide regular project updates and address any concerns
– Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
– Prepare and submit progress reports to senior management

Qualifications:

– Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry
– Bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related field
– PMP certification is an asset
– Strong leadership and communication skills
– Excellent organizational and time management skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
