Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients over the phone and through email correspondence. You will also be responsible for processing orders, resolving customer complaints, and answering any questions or concerns that customers may have.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as excellent problem-solving abilities. Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required. Training will be provided to help you succeed in this role.
