Job Description
Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Ottawa, ON
Salary: $20-25/hour
Our company is seeking a friendly and dependable Customer Service Representative to join our team in Ottawa. The ideal candidate will be responsible for answering customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person, resolving customer complaints, and processing orders. The Customer Service Representative will also maintain customer records, update product information, and provide customers with information about products and services.
