Position: Administrative Assistant
Location: Ottawa, Ontario
Salary: $45,000 – $50,000 per year

Our client, a leading organization in Ottawa, is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, coordinating schedules, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence.
Key Responsibilities:
– Maintain and organize executive calendars
– Coordinate meetings and events
– Manage and respond to emails and phone calls
– Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
– Assist with office administration tasks as needed
Qualifications:
– Previous experience in an administrative role
