Title: Program Coordinator
Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Program Coordinator to support our team in the planning and execution of various programs and projects. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Responsibilities:
– Assist in the development and implementation of program objectives
– Coordinate logistics for events, meetings, and trainings
– Serve as a point of contact for program participants, stakeholders, and partners
– Prepare and distribute program materials, reports, and communications
– Conduct research and analysis to support program goals
– Monitor and evaluate program outcomes and make recommendations for improvement
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in a related field
– 2+ years of experience in program coordination or related role
– Strong organizational and time management skills
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
