Job Description:
Our client, a leading construction company based in Halifax, Nova Scotia, is seeking a Project Coordinator to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the project management team in managing various construction projects.
Responsibilities:
– Assist in developing project schedules and budgets
– Coordinate project resources and equipment
– Track project progress and provide regular updates to the project management team
– Prepare project reports and documentation
– Liaise with subcontractors, vendors, and other project stakeholders
– Perform site visits and inspections as required
Qualifications:
– Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
– Knowledge of construction project management processes and methodologies
– Strong organizational and time management skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
