Job Description:

Rentokil is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team in St. Catharines, ON. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, resolving customer inquiries and concerns, and coordinating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, the Customer Service Representative will be responsible for maintaining accurate customer records, processing orders, and providing administrative support as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
