Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for interacting with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints. The successful candidate must have strong communication skills, be organized, reliable and have excellent problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities:
– Answering incoming calls
– Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email or in person
– Resolving customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner
– Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests
– Assisting customers with product information and pricing
– Maintaining customer account information
– Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service
