Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Toronto, ON
Salary: $18 – $21 per hour
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team in Toronto. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, handling inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
– Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
– Assist customers with product information, ordering, and returns
– Process sales orders and payments accurately
– Resolve customer complaints and issues with a focus on customer satisfaction
– Maintain a thorough understanding of products and services to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements:
