Job Description:

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse, including managing inventory, coordinating shipments, and ensuring a safe working environment for all employees. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a warehouse setting, strong organizational skills, and excellent leadership abilities.

Responsibilities:
– Oversee and coordinate all warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping products
– Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock levels are maintained
– Supervise warehouse staff, providing training and guidance as needed
– Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations
– Develop and implement efficient warehouse operational processes
– Communicate with other departments to coordinate shipments and resolve any issues
– Perform regular inspections of the warehouse to identify areas for improvement

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
– 2+ years of experience in a warehouse supervisory role
– Strong leadership and communication skills
– Excellent problem-solving abilities
– Ability to lift heavy objects and operate warehouse equipment
– Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of inventory management software
