The Project Manager at Graham is responsible for providing project management and direction, ensuring customer needs and expectations are met or exceeded. They work collaboratively with the Preconstruction team.

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician to join our team in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder in a clinic setting.

Responsibilities:
– Implement individualized treatment plans created by the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
– Work with clients to facilitate skill acquisition, reduce maladaptive behaviors, and build independence
– Collect data on client progress and behavior to inform treatment planning
– Collaborate with the BCBA, parents, and other team members to ensure coordinated care for clients
– Maintain a positive and supportive rapport with clients and their families

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or a related field
– Previous experience working with children or individuals with autism
– Certified as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) preferred
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
