The Project Manager at Graham is responsible for overseeing junior staff and managing the financial aspects of contracts for technically challenging and rewarding projects. They report to the Senior Project Manager.
Job Description

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced individual to fill the role of Senior Project Manager with our reputable construction company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, proven experience in delivering successful projects on time and within budget, and exceptional leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
– Manage and oversee all aspects of construction projects, from conception to completion
– Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other team members to ensure project milestones are met
– Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress throughout the project lifecycle
– Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to provide regular updates on project status
– Identify and mitigate risks to ensure projects are completed safely and in compliance with regulations
– Lead and motivate project teams to achieve high performance and meet project goals

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry
– Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
– Strong leadership and communication skills
– Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
