Job Description
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to fill the role of Administrative Assistant. In this position, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to a team of professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
– Answering and directing phone calls in a professional manner
– Managing and organizing office files and documents
– Scheduling appointments and meetings for team members
– Assisting with data entry and record-keeping tasks
– Coordinating travel arrangements and accommodations
– Handling incoming and outgoing mail and emails
– Providing general office support as needed
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent required
– Proven experience in an administrative support role
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
