Position: Receptionist

Location: Vancouver, BC, Canada

Salary: $18 – $22 per hour

Job Description:

Our company is seeking a Receptionist to join our team in Vancouver. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting and assisting visitors, answering and forwarding phone calls, and performing administrative duties as needed. The Receptionist will also be responsible for receiving and sorting mail, maintaining a tidy reception area, and providing general support to employees as requested.

Responsibilities:

– Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
– Answer and forward phone calls to appropriate individuals
– Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
– Receive and sort mail and packages
– Maintain a clean and organized reception area
– Provide general support to employees as needed
– Any other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

– High school diploma or equivalent
– 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
