The Senior Project Manager – Infrastructure at Graham is an experienced construction professional responsible for overseeing financials, costing, safety, quality, subcontracting, labor, and equipment. They work closely with Operations Managers and District Managers to ensure successful project execution.
Senior Application Developer

Location: Washington, DC

Seeking a Senior Application Developer to work onsite in Washington DC for a contract that is expected to last 12-24 months. This role is responsible for leading, developing, and supporting a range of enterprise-level applications. The successful candidate will collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and other IT teams to design and develop solutions that meet the business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
– Design, develop, and implement software solutions using various programming languages and tools.
– Lead technical design sessions and provide guidance to junior developers.
– Work closely with business analysts to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
– Participate in system integration and user acceptance testing.
– Provide production support and troubleshooting as needed.
– Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices in application development.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in application development.
– Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or similar.
– Experience with web-based technologies and frameworks such as JavaScript, Angular, React, or similar.
– Strong understanding of database systems and SQL.
– Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
