The Regional Client Engagement Marketing Manager will report to the Senior Manager of Marketing and Communications in the Atlantic Region. They will have a team to support them in their role.
Job Description

We are looking for a talented and experienced Call Center Manager to lead our customer service team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of call center representatives, ensuring they are meeting and exceeding performance targets. The Call Center Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve customer service and streamline call center operations.

Key Responsibilities:
– Manage and lead a team of call center representatives
– Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed
– Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and increase efficiency
– Oversee call center operations and ensure all staff are meeting performance targets
– Handle escalated customer complaints and issues
– Analyze call center data and develop reports on performance metrics
– Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination
– Conduct regular training and development sessions for call center staff

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
– 5+ years of experience in a call center management role
– Strong leadership and communication skills
– Excellent problem-solving abilities
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
– Experience with call center software and technology
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
