Position: Senior Retail Supervisor

Location: Vancouver, British Columbia

Salary: Competitive salary based on experience

Our client, a leading retailer in Vancouver, is seeking a Senior Retail Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of their busy store. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of retail staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, driving sales, and upholding the company’s values.

Key responsibilities:
– Supervise and support retail staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
– Ensure the store is well-maintained, organized, and fully stocked
– Implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and KPIs
– Monitor and manage inventory levels, placing orders as needed
– Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional manner
– Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement operational policies and procedures
– Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve store performance

Requirements:
– Minimum of 2 years of retail supervisory experience
– Strong leadership and communication skills
– Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
– Excellent customer service skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
– Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
