Grantek is looking for a Global Client Relationship Manager to strengthen client partnerships and ensure the successful delivery of client commitments. This person will be responsible for project execution, support, and ensuring continuous service excellence. Thought leadership is also emphasized in this role.
Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
– Answer phones and direct calls to appropriate personnel
– Greet visitors and direct them to the proper location
– Assist with filing and organizing documents
– Create and maintain spreadsheets and other administrative tasks
– Coordinate meetings and appointments
– Order supplies as needed
– Assist with data entry and other office tasks as needed

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
– Strong communication and organizational skills
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
– Previous administrative experience is preferred
