We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, handling inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
– Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
– Assist customers with product information, ordering, and account management

Qualifications:
