Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat support. You will assist customers with inquiries, product information, order processing, and issue resolution.

Responsibilities:
– Deliver excellent customer service to all customers
– Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
– Provide accurate information about products and services

Qualifications:

– 1-2 years of customer service experience
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

– Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office
