Job Description

– Responsible for managing the daily operations of the customer service department
– Oversee a team of customer service representatives and ensure that they are providing excellent service to customers
– Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
– Monitor and analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement
– Train and mentor customer service representatives to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to effectively assist customers
– Handle escalated customer issues and provide timely and effective solutions
– Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure a seamless customer experience
– Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in customer service
– Prepare reports and presentations on customer service performance for management
– Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service management
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong leadership and team management abilities
