Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
– Identify new business opportunities and proactively engage with potential clients
– Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
– Prepare and present sales proposals to clients
– Negotiate and close sales deals
– Meet and exceed sales targets
– Provide excellent customer service and support to clients
– Collaborate with other team members to achieve overall business objectives

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
– At least 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment
– Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
– Strong communication and negotiation skills
– Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with clients
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
