Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, assisting with inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
– Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
– Resolving customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner
