Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: Mississauga, ON

Salary: $16.50 per hour

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Mississauga. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for providing top-notch customer service.

Responsibilities:

– Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
– Resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely manner
– Providing product information and assistance to customers
– Processing orders, returns, and exchanges
– Maintaining customer records and updating information in the database
– Communicating with other departments to ensure customer needs are met

Qualifications:

– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous customer service experience is preferred
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong problem-solving abilities
