As a Senior Director of Engineering, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the engineering department. This includes overseeing the design, development, and implementation of new products and systems, as well as ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget. You will also be responsible for hiring and managing a team of engineers, developing and implementing best practices for the department, and working closely with other departments to ensure the success of the company. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, at least 10 years of experience in a senior engineering role, and a proven track record of successfully managing complex engineering projects.
