Our Mississauga Leasing team is seeking a Leasing and Marketing Coordinator to help achieve strong, long-term results for clients by managing the leasing and marketing of industrial and retail real estate properties. Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities:
– Answering and directing phone calls
– Organizing and scheduling appointments
– Writing and distributing emails, memos, and letters
– Assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations
– Managing databases and filing systems
– Performing general office clerk duties and errands
– Maintaining a professional reception area

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
– Strong organizational and time management skills
