The Senior Manager, Finance reports to the CFO and is responsible for overseeing financial management and fundraising activities within the Finance and Administration division. They must have a deep understanding of the inter-woven structure of the organization and use this knowledge to develop strategic initiatives. This is a full-time position.
Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Richmond Hill, ON

Salary: $22 – $25 per hour

Job Description:

Our client, a well-established company in Richmond Hill, is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join their team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to various departments within the organization.

Responsibilities:

– Answering and directing phone calls
– Responding to emails and correspondence in a timely manner
– Organizing and scheduling appointments
– Maintaining electronic and hard copy filing system
– Assisting with the preparation of reports and presentations
– Ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory
– Performing general clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, and data entry
– Assisting with special projects as needed
– Providing support to other team members as required

Qualifications:

– Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or relevant role
– Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
– Excellent organizational and time-management skills
– Strong written and verbal communication skills
– Attention to detail and accuracy
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Diploma or certification in Office Administration or related field is preferred
