Job Description
Our company is seeking a talented and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives, creating and implementing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth for the company.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage a team of sales representatives, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
– Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
– Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to promote customer retention and satisfaction
– Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
– Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure successful product launches and promotions
– Analyze sales data and prepare reports to track progress against sales goals
– Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continually improve sales performance
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
– 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
– Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
– Strong leadership and communication skills
– Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
– Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
