Job Description
Our company is seeking a hardworking and dedicated individual to join our team in the role of Office Manager. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in office administration and be able to handle a variety of tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
– Manage day-to-day office operations, including coordinating meetings, ordering supplies, and maintaining office organization
– Provide administrative support to the team, including preparing documents, correspondences, and reports
– Assist with HR duties, such as processing payroll, maintaining employee records, and coordinating interviews
– Establish and maintain effective communication with clients, vendors, and other team members
– Handle any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management
Requirements:
– High School diploma or equivalent
– 2+ years of experience in office administration or similar role
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
– Excellent organizational and time management skills
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
