Sales Assistant in Fashion Retail Store

We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Sales Assistant to join our team at a high-end fashion retail store. The Sales Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with product selection, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities:
– Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
– Provide product knowledge and suggestions to customers
– Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
– Maintain visual merchandising standards by replenishing stock, organizing displays, and keeping the store clean
– Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment
– Communicate effectively with team members and management
– Uphold company policies and procedures

Qualifications:
– Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
