Job Description

We are looking for a self-motivated and results-driven Retail Sales Consultant to join our energetic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and sales, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.

Responsibilities:
– Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
– Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
– Process transactions accurately and efficiently
– Meet and exceed sales goals through upselling and cross-selling
– Maintain a clean and organized work environment
– Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales objectives
– Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– 1+ years of retail sales experience preferred
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
– Basic computer skills
– Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus
