The Senior Associate will be responsible for expanding the network of brand partners in order to increase the reach and profitability of the offline marketing package insert program. This role is key in developing partnerships that will drive growth for the company.
Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: Minneapolis, MN

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Minneapolis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing customer inquiries, and processing orders. The Customer Service Representative will also be responsible for resolving customer complaints and handling customer issues in a professional manner.

Responsibilities:
– Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
– Process customer orders and payments
