Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Child and Youth Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for working with children and youth in a variety of settings, including residential facilities, community programs, and schools. The main duties include providing support, guidance, and advocacy for children and youth, as well as implementing programs to address their individual needs. This may include behavior management, crisis intervention, and therapeutic activities. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
