Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, assisting with day-to-day operations, maintaining records and files, and managing various office tasks.
Responsibilities:
– Answering and routing phone calls
– Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or department
– Managing office correspondence, including emails and letters
– Organizing and maintaining files and records
– Assisting with scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments
– Performing general clerical duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing
– Ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory
– Assisting with special projects and other tasks as needed
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– 1-2 years of administrative assistant experience
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
– Excellent communication and organizational skills
– Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
