Bookkeeper/Office Administrator

Our client, a well-established company in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Bookkeeper/Office Administrator to join their team in Toronto. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, and handling general office administration tasks.

Responsibilities:
– Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software
– Prepare and issue invoices to customers
– Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
– Reconcile bank statements and ensure proper documentation
– Assist with payroll processing and employee benefits administration
– Handle general office administration duties such as answering phones, filing, and ordering supplies

Qualifications:
– Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role
– Proficiency with accounting software and MS Office applications
– Strong organizational and communication skills
– Attention to detail and ability to work independently
– Knowledge of relevant accounting principles and regulations
– Previous experience in office administration is a plus
