**Position**: Full Time Customer Service Representative
**Location**: Markham, ON

**Job Description**:

– Processing and managing customer orders
– Responding to customer inquiries and concerns via phone or email
– Providing excellent customer service and support
– Liaising with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
– Maintaining accurate records and data entry
– Resolving issues and complaints in a timely manner

**Qualifications**:

– Previous customer service experience
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong organizational and time-management skills
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– High attention to detail

**Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm
