Our client in Montreal is looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager to work on a project that will run until September 2025. This position will be a hybrid work setting, and the project manager will play a key role in the implementation of SuccessFactors.
Position: Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple complex projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
– Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
– Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders
– Identify and mitigate project risks
– Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met
– Manage project resources effectively
– Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments
– Ensure project documentation is accurate and up to date
– Provide mentorship and guidance to project team members

Requirements:
– 5+ years of project management experience
– PMP certification is an asset
– Strong communication and leadership skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Excellent problem-solving skills
– Experience managing projects in the technology industry is preferred
