Position: Remote Work-From-Home Independent Contractor – Call Centre Representative

Location: Toronto, ON

We are seeking energetic and reliable individuals to join our team of Independent Contractors as Call Centre Representatives. As a Call Centre Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner.

Responsibilities:
– Answer incoming calls from customers
– Provide information and assistance to customers regarding products and services
– Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints
– Maintain accurate and detailed call logs
– Meet call handling metrics and goals
– Follow call scripts and protocols

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous experience in customer service or call centre environment is preferred
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong computer skills
– Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
– Must have a quiet workspace and high-speed internet connection
