Receptionist/Administrative Assistant
Location: Calgary, AB
We are currently looking for a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team in Calgary, AB. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office and in assisting with various tasks as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
– Greet visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner
– Answer and direct incoming phone calls
– Manage and schedule appointments and meetings
– Assist with general office duties such as filing, faxing, and data entry
– Coordinate office supplies and equipment maintenance
– Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
– Provide administrative support to the team as needed
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role preferred
– Strong communication and organizational skills
– Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Experience in a professional office setting is an asset
