Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team in providing critical support to our facilities.

Responsibilities:
– Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks on HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, and other building systems
– Conduct periodic inspections to identify potential issues and provide proactive solutions
– Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies to ensure minimal downtime and disruption to operations
– Record and maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities
– Collaborate with other team members and contractors to execute maintenance projects and renovations

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or GED equivalent
– Certification or training in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or related field
– 2+ years of experience in building maintenance or related field
– Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
