Job Description

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for driving sales growth through developing and maintaining relationships with clients in the retail industry. The Sales Manager will work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and meet revenue targets.

Responsibilities:
– Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the retail industry
– Drive new business development and revenue growth through sales strategies
– Collaborate with marketing team to identify opportunities for growth and development
– Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote products and services
– Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients
– Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and threats
– Forecast sales targets and develop sales plans to achieve objectives
– Provide regular reports on sales performance and progress towards targets

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
– 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the retail industry
– Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
– Strong communication and negotiation skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools
– Knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices
